摘要
目的:了解血栓合成酶B2(TXB2)、前列环素合成酶F1(PGF1)与颅外颈动脉狭窄率的相关性,探讨动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的机制。方法:34例脑梗死恢复期患者和11例普查有颈动脉斑块者共45例为观察组,15例健康老人为健康对照组,采用放免法测定TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1,彩色超声扫描仪、多普勒测定颅外颈动脉斑块,并计算其动脉狭窄率。结果:采用直线相关分析法,TXB2与颅外颈动脉狭窄率,TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1的比值与颅外颈动脉狭窄率均成正相关,相关系数分别为0.864,0.851,P=0.0007,=0.0006。结论:TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1比值失衡是导致动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的重要启动因素之一。
AIM:To study the association of thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1(PGF1) with stenosis rate of extracranial carotid artery,so as to explore the mechanism of atherosclerosis plaque formation. METHODS:Thirty-four patients with cerebral infarction at the recovery phase and 11 cases,who were diagnosed to have atherosclerosis plaques,were assigned into the observation group,and 15 healthy old men were selected as the healthy control group.The TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1 were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA),the plaque of extracranial carotid artery was detected by colour ultrasound scanner and Doppler,and then the stenosis rate of extracranial carotid artery was calculated. RESULTS:The linear correlation coefficient analysis showed that there was positive relation of TXB2 and TXB2/PGF1 with the stenosis rate of extracranial carotid artery, and the correlation coefficients were 0.864 and 0.851,respectively(P=0.000 7,P=0.000 6). CONCLUSION:The lost balance of TXA2/PGI2 is one of the important activating factors for the formation of atherosclerosis plaque.
