摘要
目的 :探讨静脉注射丹参结合局部应用神经生长因子对兔脊髓损伤 ( SCI)的保护作用。方法 :5 8只成年日本大耳白兔 ,随机分成四组 ,A组 1 0只 ,作为正常组 ;B、C、D组各 1 6只 ,分别作对照组、地塞米松( Dex)治疗组和丹参结合神经生长因子 ( NGF)治疗组。结果 :地塞米松对脊髓伤区血流量 ( SCBF) ,、丙二醛( MDA)含量及超过氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性改善不明显 ,而使用丹参结合神经生长因子治疗后 ,脊髓伤区SCBF增高、MDA含量下降 ,SOD活性增高。结论 :丹参结合神经生长因子对脊髓损伤具有保护作用 ,且疗效较地塞米松明显 ,为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Danshen combined with Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) on protecting Injured Spinal Cord.Methods:58 rabbits were divided into four groups, in which ten rabbits were served as normal group. The other three groups, 16 rabbits in each, received respectively normal saline、Dexamethasone (Dex) or Danshen combined with NGF. The model of spinal cord injury was built by dropping a weight of 12.0g from 12.0cm in height after a total laminectomy from T12 segment. A thin plastic tube was inserted into the subarachnoid space below the injured segments. Spinal cord blood flow (SCBF), the contents of MDA and the activity of SOD were measured.Results:After SCI, SCBF was decreased, the amount of MDA was increased, the activity of SOD was lower. The treatment effect of Dex was little significant. After used Danshen combined with NGF, the changs of SCBF、MDA、SOD were improved.Conclusions:Danshen combined with NGF has protective effects on SCI and its treatment effect is better than that of Dex. It supplies a basis of clinical cure for SCI.
