摘要
介绍了利用微型烧结试验装置 ,研究铁矿石烧结基础特性的一种新方法。采用微型烧结法 ,研究了济钢常用铁矿石的同化性、流动性、铁酸钙生成特性和粘结相的强度等特性。试验结果表明 ,不同铁矿石的烧结基础特性各不相同。铁矿石的烧结基础特性 ,不仅与焙烧温度、焙烧气氛和碱度等因素有关 ,而且与铁矿石自身性质 (如致密程度 ,结晶水含量 ,Mg O、Si O2 、Al2 O3含量和 Fe O含量等 )有关。
