摘要
为取代污染严重的传统六价铬镀铬工艺 ,针对三价铬电镀开展了广泛研究。简要回顾了三价铬镀铬的发展历程 ,介绍了目前三价铬镀铬存在的问题即镀层难以增厚、阳极选择困难及溶液成分复杂、难以维护和控制等 ,着重论述了解决问题的途径和未来发展的方向。
Trivalent chromium electroplating technology was comprehensively investigated to substitute the traditional Cr (Ⅵ) plating with serious pollution. Development of chromium(Ⅲ) electroplating was reviewed briefly, and the present problems were discussed including plating growth, anode choice, bath controlling and handing, as well as the solving methods and developing direction in future were emphasized.
