摘要
目的 :通过测定亚急性衰老小鼠红细胞中SOD、血浆中CAT、肝组织中GSH -PX的活力 ,探讨艾灸督脉经穴的延缓衰老作用。方法 :以D -半乳糖造成的亚急性衰老小鼠为实验对象 ,艾灸“大椎”、“命门”、“足三里”穴 ,治疗结束后测定SOD、CAT、GSH -PX等酶的活力。结果 :各治疗组与模型组比较 ,各抗氧化酶的活力明显上升 ,有显著性或非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;各治疗组与空白组比较 ,各酶的活力接近空白组 ,无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各治疗组间比较 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示艾灸大椎、命门穴具有延缓衰老的作用。
Objective: By determining the subacute senium mice's activity of SOD in the red blood cells, CAT in the blood plasma and GSH-PX in hepatic tissues, to explore the function of postponing senility by moxibustion on the points of Governor Vessel (GV). Method: First, making subacute senium mice induced by D-galactose. Second, applying moxibution on the model mice at the points: Dazhui, Mingmen and Zusanli and then determining the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX. Result: Compared with model group, each treatment group showed markedly increased antioxidase activity which held significance or great significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the blank group, the results of each treatment group approached the result of the blank one, which was not significantly different (P>0.05).In comparison of each treatment group, there was no much difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The experiment suggests the effect of postponing senility by moxibustion on Duzhui and Mingmen.
