摘要
目的 :观察模型大鼠血浆血栓素 (TXB2 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素 (6 -Keto -PGF1a)水平 ,以及补肾活血方对模型大鼠血浆TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1a水平的影响。方法 :本实验设 5组 :将 75只 3月龄雄性SD大鼠先随机抽出 15只为假手术组 ,其余 6 0只大鼠采用肾静脉缩窄法建立精索静脉曲张性不育病理模型 ,造模完成后再随机均分为模型组、补肾活血方低剂量组、补肾活血方中剂量组、补肾活血方高剂量组。造模完成后 4 8d开始给药 ,连续给药 6 0d ,摘眼球取血 ,放免法检测血浆TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1a水平。结果 :模型大鼠血浆TXB2 水平显著高于假手术组 (P <0 .0 1) ,6 -Keto -PGF1a水平无显著变化 ,但 6 -Keto -PGF1a TXB2 显著低于假手术组 (P <0 .0 1) ;补肾活血方能显著降低血浆TXB2水平 ,提高 6 -Keto -PGF1a TXB2 值。结论 :精索静脉曲张性不育模型大鼠存在血瘀状态 ,补肾活血方能促进模型大鼠的血液循环。
Objective: To observe the levels of TXB 2, 6-Keto-PGFla in the plasma of sterile rats with varicocele and the effect of Bushen Huoxue Precription on them. Method: The experiment involved 5 groups: 15 rats of pseudo-operation groups and 60 rats going into 4 model groups (model group, minor dose, medium dose and large dose group of Bushen Huoxue Prescription). Levels of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1a in the plasma were determined by RIA after 60 days of continual administration of drugs. Result: TXB 2 level in rats' plasma in the model group was much higher than that in the pseudo-operation group (P<0.01); the level of 6-Keto-PGF 1a didn't show much difference but the rate of 6-Keto-PGF 1a /TXB 2 was markedly lower in the model group than in the pseudo-operation group (P<0.01); Bushen Huoxue Prescription was markedly effective in reducing TXB 2 level in plasma and raising 6-Keto-PGF 1a /TXB 2 rate. Conclusion: As there was blood stasis in the model rats with varicocele, Bushen Huaxue Prescription could be applied to them for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
