摘要
目的建立固体分散体中蛇床子素的分析方法、考察其有关特性。方法应用聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)为载体,采用熔融法制备了蛇床子素(Osthole,OSL)的固体分散体,测定了OSL原料药、固体分散物以及机械混合物的体外溶出度,通过扫描电镜观察、红外光谱及紫外光谱分析对固体分散物进行了研究。结果及结论OSL固体分散物的溶出度与OSL原料药和机械混合物相比有明显提高;OSL以超细态分散于载体中,OSL分子和载体分子之间未发生化学变化。
Objective To establish an analysis method of Osthole,and to measure its relative properties.Method Using polyethylene glycol(PEG6000)as a carrier,solid dispersions of osthole were propared by fusion method.The solubility of the solid dispersion was detected.Scanning electron microscope,IR spectrometer and UV spectrometer were used to investigate the physical and chemical properties of the solid dispersions.Results and Conclusion The solubility of solid dispersion was significantly increased than that of the osthole and the mixtures of osthole and carrier,osthole is present exited as ultrafine crystalline or molecular form in solid dispersions.There is no chemical reaction between osthole and carrier.
