摘要
天然气输配的特点是上游天然气的产量是相对均匀的 ,而下游天然气用气量却是不均匀的 :中午和傍晚为用气高峰 ,用气量很大 ,半夜时则用气量很少 ;相对于城市人工煤气而言 ,天然气供气调峰问题更为突出 ,务必采用合适的调峰方法 ,才能使天然气输配系统保持供需平衡。为此 ,提出了一种应用超音速引射器配套高压储气球罐协同进行天然气调峰的新技术 ,并对该项技术中的关键设备———超音速引射器进行了设计研究。工程应用表明 ,该技术是一种非常经济有效的天然气输配调峰新技术 ,大大提高了天然气储气球罐的利用率 ,显著改善了天然气供气调峰效果。
It is the feature of gas transmission and distribution that the gas production is relatively constant in upstream i but the gas consumption is not constant in downstream. Usually, the gas consumption peak appears at noon and evening while the gas consumption is a little at midnight. As for city residential gas supply, the peak-shaving problem of gas delivery is more serious. So, proper peak-shaving method must be used to keep the supply and demand balance for gas transmission and distribution system. Therefore, a new peak-shaving technology using supersonic ejector with high pressure spheres is proposed. And the design of the supersonic ejector (the key device of the technology) is discussed. Its application shows the technology is very economic and effective for peak shaving of gas transmission and distribution system. It increases the utilization rate of gas spheres greatly and improves the peak-shaving effects obviously.
