摘要
优秀的体育节目主持人除了要具备丰富的知识、良好的口才、播音的技巧之外,还应具有运动的体验和专业知识。优秀退役运动员具备名人效应和体育节目专项化优势,但缺乏相关的知识结构。为把优秀退役运动员培养成为体育节目主持人,可尽快在有关高校开设体育节目主持人专业,可为运动员开设报考体育节目主持人的"绿色通道",设置运动员报考体育节目主持人的限制条件,另外,运动员也应系统学习各种基本知识和进行播音技巧培训。
Top sportscasters should not only possess rich knowledge,eloquence and skills of broadcasting,but also experience of sports. Elite retired athletes are famous and they know much about sports. However,they do not possess relative knowledge about broadcasting. To train the elite retired athletes into sportscasters,it is necessary to establish specialty of sportscasting and open 'green passage' for the athletes. Requirements for the entrance should be set. Moreover,the athletes must learn the basic knowledge and skills about sportscasting.
