摘要
选用小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊 2 0 0只 ,分妊娠期、泌乳期、哺乳期和生长期 4个不同生理阶段 ,系统研究了蛋白质和能量代谢规律。研究过程采用了饲养对比试验 8次 ,消化代谢试验 16次 ,低氮日粮平衡试验 4次 ,气体能量代谢试验 6次 ,比较屠宰试验 4次 ,并采用瘤胃瘘管技术、血液生理生化指标测定等技术。制定出小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊的能量维持需要、各级有效能转化效率、畜体总产热和绝食代谢产热等基础代谢参数 89个 ,粗蛋白质和可消化粗蛋白质维持需要、不同生理状态和生产水平下的粗蛋白质、可消化粗蛋白质生产需要、以及内源尿氮和代谢粪氮等蛋白质代谢参数 5 8个。
Protein and energy metabolism rules were systematically studied for maintenance,reproduction,lactation and growth.In the course of study,there were 200 small-fat-tail and big-fat -tail sheep,and 8 comparative feeding trials,16 digestion and metabolism,4 endogenous-nitrogen,6 respiration calorimeter and 4 slaughter were carried out.In addition,rumen fistula and determination technology of physiological and biochemical index of blood were used.Results of study indicated that 89 basic metabolic parameters of small-fat-tail sheep and big-fat-tail sheep were constituted for energy maintenance requirements,efficiency of utilization of various efficient energy,total heat production and heat of fasting metabolism,and 58 protein metabolic parameters of small-fat-tail sheep and big-fat-tail sheep were also constituted for maintenance and production requirements of crude protein and digestible crude protein under different physiological states and production levels,urinary nitrogen from endogenous origin products and fecal nitrogen from metabolic origin products.
