摘要
目的 正确选择肱骨干骨折手术内固定。方法 对 10 7例肱骨干骨折分别进行交锁髓内钉 (34例 )、加压钢板 (2 9例 )、Y型钢板 (38例 )、螺钉 (6例 )等内固定 ,并随访比较分析。结果 所有病例均得到随访 ,平均随访 6 3个月。交锁髓内钉、螺钉内固定组全部愈合 ;加压钢板内固定组愈合 2 6例 ,伴桡神经损伤 2例 ;Y型钢板内固定组全部愈合 ,伴肘关节僵硬 2例。结论 根据肱骨干骨折的部位和类型选用适当的内固定方法 ,骨折愈合良好 。
Objective To investigate the proper internal fixation methods in the treatment of humeral diaphyseal fractures. Methods 107 cases with humeral diaphyseal fractures were treated with internal fixation by interlocking intramedullary nail (34 cases), compression plate (29 cases), Y-shaped plate (38 cases) and screws (6 cases) respectively. Results All the cases were followed up for 6.3 months on average. Good bone healing was obtained in all cases with interlocking intramedullary nail group and screws group. In compression plate group, fractures healed well in 26 cases, with radial nerve injury in 2 cases. In Y-shaped plate group, fractures healed well in all cases, with cubital joint stiffness in 2 cases. Conclusion Choosing proper internal fixation according to the site and type of fractures can provide good fracture healing and can effectively reduce the complications.
