摘要
利用我国56个气象台站降雨率的最坏月分布和年平均分布的转换关系,对转换模式参数进行了分析,得到我国降雨率的分区转换参数(南方区、北方区、戈壁区),该分区模式与不同台站转换结果间有很好的一致性,可用于我国不同地区的降雨率最坏月转换。同时利用ITU-R提供的世界不同地区的参数及中国三地区的参数,得到了全球分区参数(热带亚热带和温带常湿区,与温带、极区和戈壁区),全球分区模式适用于全球多数地区的最坏月转换。
Based on the parameters obtained by the rain rate data of 56 stations in China, three pairs of subregion (south, north and arid region) parameters are obtained and the conversion results of subregion parameters have good agreements with the results of 56 stations. In the meantime, the two pairs of semi-global parameters (tropical, subtropical and temperate climate regions with frequent rain and for temperate, polar and desert regions) are regressed based on parameters of various regions in the world and three regions in China, which have better accuracy and can be used more conveniently in most region of the world than global parameters recommended by ITU-R.
