摘要
自第 1例断指再植成功以来 ,我国的断指再植技术已经历了 38年的历史。手术病例已超过 6万余例 ,再植成活率保持在 90 %以上。随着生活水平的提高 ,人们对断指再植的成功不只是满足肢体的成活 ,还要求术后功能恢复好 ,外形美观。
The technology of replantation of cut off thumb has gone through 38 years in our country since the first successful operation.The operation cases have reached about 60 thousands with the survival rate of thumb maintainning at over 90%.Because of the improvement of live level,people not only concern about the survive of thumb,but also concern about the functional recovery as well as the appearance artistry.Therefore,the more superior technology for replantation of cut off thumb is needed recently.
