摘要
合成了邻特丁基水杨醛亚胺 (3)配体 ,并与 trans- [Ni Cl(Ph) (PPh3) 2 ]反应制得了邻叔丁基水杨醛亚胺镍配合物 (4 ) { [O- (t- Bu) C6 H2 - ortho- C(H) =N- 2 ,6 - C6 H3(i- Pr) 2 ]Ni(Ph3P) (Ph) } ,以质谱、1 H NMR、元素分析对配体和配合物进行了表征 .以 Al(i- Bu) 3为助催化剂 ,在铝比 Al/(4 )为 2 .5~ 4 0时 ,能有效地催化乙烯聚合 .在 8.4× 10 5Pa的压力下 ,其最高活性可达 4 .0 5× 10 5g PE/(mol Ni· h) ,所得聚乙烯粘均分子质量为 0 .34× 10 4 ~ 3.6 8× 10 4g/m ol.与以 Ni(COD) 2 为助催化剂相比较 ,Al(i- Bu) 3/(4 )
Tert-Butyl substituted salicylaldimine(1) was prepared and reacted with trans-\[NiCl(Ph)(PPh_3)\]to give the salicylaldiminato nickel(II) complex(4){\[O-(t-Bu)C_6H_2-ortho-C(H)=N-2,6-C_6H_3(i-Pr)_2\]Ni(Ph_3P)(Ph)}. The ligand and it's complex were characterized by MS, ()~1H NMR and EA. The complex activated by Al(i-Bu)_3 is efficient for ethylene polymerization at the molar ratio of Al(i-Bu)_3 to catalyst (4) ranged in 2.5~40. At 8.4×10~5 Pa pressure, the polymerization activity of complex(4) reached 4.05×10~5 g PE/(mol Ni·h)and the Mη ranged from 0.34×10~4 to 3.68×10~4. In comparison with Ni(COD)_2 as co-catalyst, it is obviously that Al(i-Bu)_3/(4) is more favourable for ethylene polymerization.
