摘要
建立系统、科学的教育评价制度 ,开展教育质量综合评价 ,是教育改革和形势发展的需要 ,是全面提高教育质量和办学效益的一项基础工程。高校教师绩效评价的指导思想和原则应当是以现代教育评价的科学理论作为指导 。
It is required by the educational reform and development to set up a systematic and scientific educational evaluation system for a comprehensive evaluation of teachers' educational results. It is the basic work to improve completely the teaching quality and the educational results. The guiding ideology and principle to evaluate teachers' teaching results should be based on the scientific theory on modern educational evaluation system whose evaluation indices shall conform to the characteristics of both teacher's work and the evaluation itself.
