摘要
通过采用苯乙烯(St)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二烯丙基二甲基氯化胺(DADMAC)进行四元共聚,制备了一种阳离子共聚物乳液,发现当单体配比m(AM)∶m(St)∶m(DADMAC)∶m(VAc)=10∶10∶7∶3,(NH4)2S2O8为单体量的0.3%~1%和共聚物量为1.0%(对绝干浆)时,可使纸的环压指数提高10%~38%,抗张指数提高10%左右。以多种手段对共聚物的结构与性能进行了表征,证明制备的产物具有无规共聚的结构,同时具有部分微晶结构,这是一种新型的阳离子增干强剂,对提高纸的环压指数有明显的效果。
The paper discloses the quaternary copolymerization of the AM/St/DADMAC/VAc to increase the dry strength especially the circular pressure exponential for papermaking as the new-type dry strength agent. The cationic emulsion copolymer can be prepared in the ratio of m(AM)∶m(St) ∶m(DADMAC)∶m(VAc) equal to 10∶10∶7∶3 and with the (NH_4)S_2O_8 as initiator. The dry strength agent have showed the obvious effect to increase the circular exponential of paper more than 10% to 38% and the tensile strength about 10%. As the results of structure characteristics of FTIR,DSC and SEM, the copolymer has the random sequence structure and the microcrystal segment.
