摘要
用sol gel法制备了纳米TiO2 薄膜 ,用原子力显微镜 (AFM)观察了薄膜的表面形貌 ,测量了薄膜的表面粗糙度 (RMS)为 2 .832nm ;用红外光谱 (IR)研究了TiO2 薄膜前驱体溶胶的组成 ;探讨了TiO2 薄膜的焙烧温度、层数等制备条件对TiO2 光催化活性的影响 ,结果发现在 4 90℃ ,8层膜的TiO2
Nano-TiO_2 films were prepared by Sol-gel progress. The AFM morphology of the nano-TiO_2 film was given. The RMS of the film was 2.832 nm. The composition of the TiO_2 sol was given by IR. Effect of different calcination temperatures and different coats of the film on the photocatalytic activity was investigated .It was found that the TiO_2 films with 8 coats calcined in 490℃ had the highest photocatalytic activity.
