摘要
结合世界综合国力研究的历史和现状,对综合国力研究中的几个核心问题--综合 国力的含义、构成要素和评估方法等,用系统科学的方法进行了剖析探讨,指出了综合国力研究 与应用中应注意的问题。
In connection with the past and present researching situation about national power, the implication, constituents and evaluating methods about national power are deeply discussed, on the basis of systematology.
