摘要
对T10A钢试样在真空加热时奥氏体晶粒的长大现象进行动态观察 ,绘制晶粒长大动力学曲线 ,分析和讨论影响奥氏体晶粒长大的各种因素。试验结果表明 ,原始组织为片状珠光体或非平衡组织 (如下贝氏体或马氏体 )比粒状珠光体形成的奥氏体晶粒具有更强烈的长大趋势 ,前三者的急剧长大温度在 10 0 0℃左右 ,后者在 110
To observe the austenitic grain growth dynamically of T10A with different original structures during heating in vacuum.Dynamics curves of the austenitic grain growth are sketched and the influence on them are analysed and discussed.The experiment results show that the tendency of austenitic grain growth of the specimen with fine laminar pearlite or unequilibrium structures,such as lower benite or martensite,is more than that of the specimen with the granular pearlite structure.The temperature of austenitic grain suddenly growth for three former's specimens is at 1 000 ℃,the latter at 1 100 ℃.
