摘要
目的 :通过观察丹参注射液对大鼠酒精性肝损伤血清ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶 )、AST(天门冬氨酸基转移酶 )值的变化 ,验证其对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的防治作用 ,并探讨其对防治酒精性肝损伤的机理 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 :SD大鼠 30只 ,雌雄不拘 ,分为对照组、模型组 (每日 2次白酒灌胃 ,剂量按 8～ 12g kg d)和治疗组 (每日 2次白酒灌胃 2周后同时腹腔注射丹参注射液 ,剂量按 10m1 kg d)。 10周左右剖杀大鼠 ,经摘眼球取血 ,立即离心分离血清 ,按血清检查要求保存待检 ;全自动生化分析仪检测血清肝功能酶ALT、AST的变化。所有数据均采用方差分析 ,q检验进行分析处理。结果 :模型组与对照组ALT、AST值显著性差异 ;治疗组与模型组比较具有显著性差异 ,与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论 :丹参注射液可以通过降低血清ALT、AST的含量从而有效地防治大鼠的酒精性肝损伤。
Objective: To observe the effect of Radix Salvia Mitorrhiac Injection on blood serum ALT、AST,and as well as test its pharmacological effect and function mechanism,and provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment of alcoholic liver injury.Methods: 30 SD rats(male or female)were divided into three groups at random,The mormal control group,the rat model of alcoholic liver injury(was duplicated by filling the stomach with white spirits two times every day,dose was 8-12ml/kg/d),The treatment group(were injected Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection in abdominal cavity after two weeks,dose was 10ml/kg/d,while were filled the stomach white spirits.After ten weeks,blood was dislodged by removaled eyeball and blood serum was isolated with centrifugation at once.Then the rat's blood serum ALT、AST in each group were determined respectively.All the data was analysised by ANOVA(analysis of variance),q analysis.Results: The data between the model groups and the control group was significant difference statistically.While the amount of ALT、AST in the treatment group rat's blood serum,compared with that of model group,there was significant difference statistically and there was not significant difference statistically between control groupand treatment group.Conclusion: Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection can through reducing the amount of ALT、AST in blood serum,then prevent rat's alcoholic liver injury.
