摘要
提出了基于电磁场有限元分析的磁悬浮硬盘径向磁力轴承优化设计方法,建立其有限元分析模型,以最大磁力为目标函数对磁悬浮硬盘的径向磁力轴承进行了优化设计,并对优化结果进行了分析。
The optimal design method of radial magnetic bearing in Magnetic levitated Hard Disk Drive based on magnetic field FEA(Finite Element Analyses)is introduced.The FEA model is created in ANSYS.Assigning maximal magnetic force as objective function,the optimal design of radial magnetic bearing is completed,and the results of optimal design are presented.
