摘要
对高温高压染色机热交换器排水口处进行改造 ,建立热水回收管网、热水收集池及高位水塔 ,将染色机升温过程的蒸汽冷凝水和降温过程大量的冷却水回收 ,再用于各种热漂洗和染色过程。由于减少了加热过程 ,降低了汽耗、电耗和水耗 ,产量提高 。
Through reform of water drain port of heat exchanger on high temperature and pressure dyeing machine, pipeline network of heat water recovery, collecting pool of heat water and high level water tower were set up. Based on this, the steam condensed water during heating and cooling water during cooling were recovered, and then used to heat bleaching and washing and dyeing again. Therefore, production yield and economic efficiency were increased due to shortened heating process and decreased steam and electricity and water consumption.
