摘要
采用正交试验方法 ,研究了乙烯基单体三元共聚合成聚羧酸型高效减水剂 ,得出了一种合成聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的最佳配方 ,并讨论了产品对水泥净浆流动度和混凝土减水率的影响。结果表明该产品具有掺量低 ,减水率高 。
By means of orthogonal test,experimental study was carried out on polycarboxylic series of water reducer by tricopolymenization of vinyl monomers.An optimum formula for synthesizing polycarboxylene series of high performance water reducer was proposed.Influences of the reducer on fluidity of cement paste and water-reducing rate of concrete were discussed.The result shows this water reducer features in small dosage,high water reducing rate,and good performance of concrete.
