摘要
本文以Cu-26.62 Zn-3.77Al(wt%)合金为研究对象,从实用化角度研究了热处理工艺对该合金单向和双向恢复率、动作起始和终止温度,恢复力的影响。实验结果表明,该合金只要选择适当的淬火温度和150℃时效时间,单向恢复率可达100%;时效30min即可使动作起始温度稳定;动作起始温度与A_s点相差不大,动作终止温度与A_f点一般相差十几度;780℃油淬可获较大的恢复力;840℃淬火试样双向记忆性能较佳,经训练双向恢复率可达71.4%;母相时效对双向记忆性能的改善无帮助。
The effect of heat treatment on shape memory property of Cu-26.62Zn-3.77Al(wt%) alloy has been studied. The results show that the oneway recovery ratio can reach 100% by choosing appropriate quench temperature and aging time; half an hour aging at 150℃ is enough to keep action start temperature stable, the action start temperature approches A_s, the diffenence bet- ween action end temperature and A_f is more than 10 degree, the sample quenched at 780℃ in oil has stronger recovery force; the samples quenched at 840℃ have good two-way memory property, the two-way recovery ratio can reach 71.4% by training; aging at parent phase temperature can not benefit for modifying two-way shape memory property.
