摘要
在理论分析的基础上,利用正交试验,对烧成温度及介质材料组成进行优选。结果表明:最高烧成温度T_s=1220℃和介质材料组成为:0.7(Sr_(0.20)Pb_(0.55)Ca_(0.25))TiO_3·0.3(Bi_2O_3·3TiO_2)是最佳选择。优化成功的配方已经用于制备温度系数为2C和2R的低损耗中高压陶瓷电容器。
Based on theoretical an- alysis,the sintering temperature and co- mposition of SrTiO_3-based ceramic diele- ctric materials have been optimized with the orthonormal experimentation,that is, TS=1220℃,0.7(Sr_(0.20)Pb_(0.55)Ca_(0.25))TiO_3. 0.3(Bi_2O_3·3TiO_2),which have been used in the high voltage ceramic capacitors with low dielectric loss and temperature chara- cteristic of capacitor 2C or 2R.
