Synthesis, Sintering and Humidity Sensing Characteristics of (LiNa)NdO_3-BiFeO_3 Solid Solution Ceramic

摘要 本文借助差热分析、加热失重和烧结收缩变化研究了(LiNa)NbO_3-BiFeO_3部分固溶体陶瓷的合成反应和致密化烧结过程,对陶瓷在不同条件下烧结后的显微结构和陶瓷性能作了检测。实验结果表明该类致密陶瓷可在很宽的温度范围内800~950℃制得。其晶粒尺寸在2~3μm的范围。对先前工作中发现的致密陶瓷的湿敏特性作了叙述。同时图示了材料的表面湿敏模型,并讨论了用于湿敏传感器的潜在可能。 The synthe is reaction and sintering densification processes of(LiNa) NbO_3-BiFeO_8 sold solution ceramics were studied by DTA and TG thermal analysis and sintering shrinkage variat- ions. The microstruc tur(?)s and properties of ceramics sintered in different firing conditions were determined. The experimental resnlts indicated that those dense ceramics could be obtained by sintering in a wide temperature range of 800~950 ℃. The grain size is in the range of 2 ~3μm. The humidity sensing characteristics of dense ceramics discovered in previous studies werd deseribed. Their surface humidity sensing model were illustrated and the potential application possibility for humidity sensor were discussed.
