摘要
铝锂合金复合材料是目前铝锂合金研究的热点。本文重点介绍和评述了这种材料的主要制备方法、时效特性及目前达到的力学性能。
This paper presented and reviewed the preparing methods, aging response and mechanical properties of Al-Li alloy matrix composite: (Al-Li MMCs). The Al-Li alloy with high specific stiffness and strength are promising new material in aerospace, instrument and automobile industry. It may be predicted that Al-Li MMCs are advantages over conventional Al MMCs in mechanical properties. Therefore, the investigation on Al-Li MMCs has great importance. The report of investigation on Al-Li MMCs is gradually increasing. At present, Al-Li MMCs were prepared by powder metallurgy technique and rolling or extrusion, the reinforcer was SiC particle mainly.The modulus of prepared Al-Li MMCs is about 104GPa with acceptable ductility.
