摘要
目的 :探讨外敷中药排石膏药治疗胆道结石排石、溶石的临床疗效 ,为结石病人寻找一种方便、安全、有效、新的排石方法。方法 :遵循祖国医学理论 ,收集临床利胆、排石中药方剂精华[1～ 5] ,自制肝胆排石膏 (又称中药排石膏 )外敷 ,肝胆排石丹 (又称中药排石丹 )内服等 ,诊治结石病 63 8例。结果 :治愈率 72 % ,有效率 93 % ,无效 7% ,中转手术 5 .6%。结论 :外敷中药排石膏 ,配以中药排石丹内服 ,是一种独特有效的治疗胆石病的方案 ,有良好的应用、发展前景。
observation:To explore the clinical curative effect of discharge and solve of biliary lithiasisof external application traditional Chineseointments for treating calculus,and to find a convenient,save,effective and new method of discharge biliary lithiasisfor patients with lithiasis?Methods 638 patients with lithiasiswere treated by applying Discharge caculus ointments of liver and gall(again call Discharge caculus of Traditional Chineseointments) and oral Discharge caculus pills of liver and gall(again call Discharge caculus of Traditional Chinesepills)which were preparation by ourselves,following motherland medical theory and through collecting quintessence of Traditional ChineseMedicine prescriptionabout clinical secrete the bile and discharge lithiasis 〔1～5〕?Result 72 percent of cure rate; 93 percent of effect rate; 7 percent of ineffective rate; 5.6 percent of surgery rate?Conclusion It is a special and effective program of treating biliary lithiasisto apply Discharge caculus of traditional Chineseointments with oral Discharge caculus of Traditional Chinesepills,which has good prospect for application and development.
