摘要
国家信息化,城市数字化,使智能建筑进入了一个新的发展时期,智能建筑传统的理念、概念、技术、管理都发生了很大变化,新技术、新产品不断进入智能建筑,智能建筑的市场容量不断扩大。本文介绍了数字城市的内涵,基本框架、智能建筑的发展现状,建筑由智能化到数字化的发展,以及新技术,数字化产品在智能建筑中的应用。并提出几个值得商榷的问题。
Promoted by Informatization of nation and digitalization of city, the intelligent building make great progress in the concepts, technologies and managements also having changed. The market size increases with the new technology and new products going into continually. In this paper, the content and structure of digital-city, developing status of intelligent building and the application of new technology and digital products in digital-city are also described.
