摘要
为了实现广西科学基金项目的信息化管理,提出了基于Web平台的远程管理信息系统的设计思想,并采用先进的.Net软件开发技术及非常普及的浏览器技术设计并完成了基于B/S结构的广西科学基金管理信息系统。该系统从功能上划分成项目申报、项目跟踪管理、决策支持三个相对独立的子系统,实现了广西科学基金项目的远程申报、决策支持、结题验收等全过程的信息化管理,操作简单,运行安全稳定,优化了对广西基金项目的管理手段。
In this paper, the design and implementation of a management information system based on Web for Guangxi science fund is introduced. It describes the designing idea for a long-distance management information system based on Web Plat-Roof. Based on B/S structure, this system is designed and accomplished by using advanced net development technology and widespread browser technology. This paper describes in detail the demand an a log, the designing model, the designing process, the characters and the application value of the system. This system realizes the information management of long-distance applications, decision support, check and acceptance of the fund project. The system could be operated easily and run safely and stably, and could improve the managing method of this fund.
