摘要
加入WTO后,标准化工作无疑是应对技术性贸易壁垒的重要手段。加入WTO,通过直接享受WTO非歧视待遇和发展中国家优惠待遇,将水利标准化与国际接轨,会进一步提高我国水利科技水平和标准化管理水平,既有利于我国技术水平高的水利产品打入国际市场,扩大我国水利对外服务贸易和水利产品出口贸易,也可以构筑技术壁垒,加快我国水利的发展。
After China's entry into the WTO, standardized work is the undoubtedly important means to deal with technical trade barrier. Enjoy-ment of non-discriminating and preferential treatment to the developing countries of WTO and integration of the water conservancy standardiza-tion into the globe will further improve China's technical Ievel. This not only favors Chinese high-tech water conservancy products to enter International market, expand china's foreign service trade and product export trade of water conservancy, but builds technical barrier, and speeds up the development of China' s water conservancy.
