摘要 目的 :探讨经支气管镜Nd :YAG激光介入治疗肺癌气道阻塞的疗效 .方法 :对 31例原发性支气管肺癌患者采用Nd :YAG激光介入技术进行次数不等的支气管腔内治疗 .结果 :鳞癌的近期疗效明显优于其他病理类型 ;乏血管型的近期疗效明显优于富血管型者 ;大气道肿瘤的近期疗效优于小气道者 ;多次治疗的近期疗效优于单次治疗者 ;临床分期的近期疗效与治疗效果无关 .结论 :经支气管镜Nd :YAG激光介入技术是治疗肺癌气道阻塞的有效方法 .肿瘤的病理类型、分期、生长部位。 AIM: To evaluate the curative effects on bronchoscopic airway obstruction of lung cancer by Nd:YAG laser interventional technology. METHODS: Thirty one patients with primary bronchogenic carcinoma were treated by Nd:YAG laser interventional technology for different times. RESULTS: It was found that the curative effects on squamous cell carcinoma in the near future were better than those on other pathologic types, on hypovascular lung cancer were superior to those on hypervascular cancer, on carcinomas in larger airways were better than those on carcinomas in smaller airway, and the effects of multiple treatment were better than those of one treatment. The curative effects in the near future were not associated with the clinical stages. CONCLUSION: The treatment of airway obstruction of lung cancer by bronchoscopic Nd:YAG laser interventional technology is effective. The pathologic types, clinical stages, locations, surface characteristics of carcinoma and frequency of therapy may influence the curative effects.
