摘要
针对普通点式红外测温仪自动化、智能化程度较低,不能满足越来越高的生产需求的问题,提出一种新的结构,通过安装CCD,结合机械云台机构,利用图像配准技术,对原有的普通点式红外测温仪系统进行改进,从而提高系统的自动化、智能化。实验证明,该种方法不仅大大弥补了原有的缺点,满足了生产需要,且成本低廉,利于红外测温技术的推广应用。
As for common infrared systems,their level of automation are comparatively low so that they can't satisfy the requirements of increasing production.This paper proposes a new infrared thermometry system that uses CCD,combines with mechanical underprop and adopts image registration algorithm.This helps improve the level of automation.Proven by experiments,the performance of this system has greatly bettered.(What's) more,the system can satisfy the production requirement with low cost and is suitable for application in a wide range.
