摘要
介绍了虚拟仪器系统开发平台LabVIEW的功能特点,叙述了图像采集卡的原理及对图像进行灰度边缘增强、二值化、微分变换等处理方法,并利用LabVIEW平台、IMAQ(图像采集)开发出焊缝跟踪系统。实践证明该系统设计合理、操作方便,完全满足焊接技术的要求。
This paper gives an introduction about the functional features of the LabVIEW used as a virtual instrument platform,recounts the principle of the IMAQ board and the image's disposal method that includes edge grayscale enhancing,binary,differential conversion and etc.The LabVIEW and the IMAQ board are used to fulfill seam-welding tracks and the video record of welding situations.The applications have proved that the control system features reasonable design,easy performance and complete satisfaction to the welding requirements.
