摘要
[目的 ] 研究上海市徐汇区中学生计算机使用情况及其对中学生生活方式的影响。 [方法 ] 在上海市徐汇区随机抽取 6所中学的学生作为研究对象 ,使用调查表横断面调查上海市徐汇区青少年计算机使用状况、个人生活方式、网络成瘾状况。 [结果 ] 网络成瘾者占 4.0 8% ,青少年学生随着网络成瘾人数的增加 ,学习时间、体育活动时间、睡眠时间、业余爱好时间呈现出减少的趋势 ,对娱乐活动时间影响不大。 [结论
Objective To study the situation of middle school students using computer and its effect on students' life style. [Methods] Students in six middle schools in Xuhui district Shanghai were randomly selected, their computer usage,life style and internet addiction were investigated with transactional questionnaires. [Results] 4.08% students had internet addiction disorders,and the time for study, for physical exercise, for sleep and avocation declined with the increases of the number of internet addiction disorder students. [Conclusion] The internet addiction disorder has effects on psychology and life style of middle school students.
