摘要
通过重液离心分离法将兴隆庄煤分为镜质组、半镜质组、丝质组的富集物。基本性质测定后采用计算法获得各显微组分真密度、挥发分、元素分析以及吸光度值,进而分析了各显微组分的结构特征。粘结指数与惰性物含量的相关关系为G_1=99.60-1.26I_1(不同密度级),G_2=97.26-1.05I_2(配无烟煤)。本文从煤岩学角度,提出了兴隆庄煤用作炼焦配煤的几点建议。
Concentrates of vitrinite,semi-vitrinite and fusinite are separated from Xinglong- zhuang coal by centrifugal method with heavy liquid.After measuring their basic properties,true density,volatile matter,ultimate analysis and infra-red absorpti- vity of all the macerals are obtained by calculation.Based on which the structural characteristics of macerals are also analyzed.Correlation between caking index(G) and content of inerts(I)is as follows: G_1:99.60-1.26I_1(fractions of different densities), G_2=97.26-1.05I_2(blending with anthracite). From petrographical point of view,the paper has made some suggestions to use Xinglongzhuang coal as coking blend.
