摘要
目的 探讨外伤后迟发性脑内血肿的诊断、治疗要点。方法 对 5 6例典型外伤后迟发性脑内血肿进行回顾性分析 ,总结其诊断依据、影像学特点和治疗方法。结果 随着CT、MRI的临床应用 ,迟发性脑内血肿诊断较为容易 ,关键在于提高警惕。治疗上除手术清除血肿外 ,应注意改善脑缺氧、缺血 ,改善微循环。结论 外伤后脑内血肿是脑外伤后常见的并发症 ,如果早期诊断 ,及时合理治疗 ,预后较佳。
Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 56cases of typical delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma was made to investigate its diagnostic criteria, image characteristics and treatment.Results With the development of image technology such as CT and MRI, diagnosis of delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma is clear. beside operation,it is important to improv brain hypoxia and ischenia.Conclusions Delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma is a common complication after head trauma. It may has a good prognosis with early diagnosis and proper treatment.
