摘要
文章介绍了无缝钢管漏磁探伤系统组成 ,阐述了检测系统中主要硬件钢管探测传送装置、横向和纵向探伤装置的设计原理 ,研制了一种基于信号调制 -解调模式的多通道高速信号采集器。采用多线程和虚拟设备驱动技术编制了数据采集、实时控制、状态显示、系统校验等多功能模块化软件。整个系统自动化程度高。
In the paper, magnetic flux leakage(MFL) on-line testing system for steel tube is introduced. The designing method for the main hardware , like convection device for steel tube, detecting devices along the longitudinal axis and circumference , is described. The multichannel data acquisition based on the signal modulation-demodulation pattern at a high speed is designed. The software based on multi-thread and VXD techniques includes data acquisition ,status display, real-time control ,system verifying and so on . Practical applying shows that the system is effective.
