摘要
采用熔融共混法在PP中引入聚酰胺 (PA6)、改性共聚酯 (HCDP)、苯乙烯辅助马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯 [PP g (MAH co St) ]制备改性聚丙烯 ,利用毛细管流变仪研究了改性聚丙烯的流变行为 ,发现共混改性聚丙烯熔体属于切力变稀流体。在一定剪切应力下改性聚丙烯熔体表观粘度随着温度的升高而略有下降 ,当共混体系中PP g (MAH co St)含量为 1%~ 4%时 ,改性聚丙烯熔体粘流活化能变化不大。通过对各共混组分流变行为的研究 ,确定该共混体系最佳成型温度为 2 40~ 2 45℃。多元共混体系具有良好的相容性 ,通过对流变性能的分析 。
A multi-component blend was prepared via blending PP with PA6, HCDP and PP-g-(MAH-co-St). Rheological behavior of the blend was studied using a capillary rheometer. It was found that the melt of the blend was shear-thinning, its apparent viscosity reduced moderately with increasing temperature. The four components of the blend possessed a good compatibility and provided a processing window between 240 ℃ and 245 ℃.
