摘要
目的 观察胸腺肽肠溶片(迪赛片)联合复方青黛胶囊治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法 治疗组80例采用迪赛片与复方青黛胶囊联合治疗,对照组80例仅采用复方青黛胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为8周。结果 治疗组有效率87.18％,对照组有效率72.15％,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后第12周随访,治疗组的复发率为11.11％,对照组为42.85％,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 迪赛片与复方青黛胶囊联合治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Di sai Tablet combined with the Compound Capsule of
Natural Indigo in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A randomized, parallel comparative clinical observation was
performed in 160 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. They were divided into two groups. The experimental group of 80 cases
was treated with Di Sai Tablet and the Compound Capsule of Natural Indigo, and the control group of 80 cases was treated
with the Compound Capsule of Natural Indigo only. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was
87.18% and 72.15% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). No ob
vious and severe side effects appeared during in the whole observation. The relapse rate of the experimental group was
11.11% and 40.95% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclu-
sion It is effective and safety for Di Sai Tablet combined with the Compound Capsule of Natural Indigo in the treatment of
psoriasis vulgaris.
