摘要
瓦楞纸生产过程中需保持原纸张力的恒定,为此研制出一种自动张力测控系统,在张力检测环节中引用了卡尔曼滤波法对被噪声污染的张力信号进行准确估测。对系统数学模型的分析结果表明,该系统是时变线性系统,因此采用模糊自整定PID控制对原纸张力进行了恒张力控制,达到了较理想效果。本系统已获得国家实用新型专利,几年来的推广应用证明了该系统的实用性和可靠性。
It is necessary to keep constant tensile force for the raw material paper in tegular cardboard production line. A new tensile force examination and control system was developed therefore, in the system the tensile force was estimated or measured accurately with Kalman filter. The mathematics model of the control system was studied, and according to it we got the tensile force be constant with self-regulating fuzzy PID policy.
