摘要
介绍了壳型铸造凸轮轴的模具结构特点、主要参数的确定、模具的设计制造方法。设计制造的模具生产的神龙凸轮轴铸件表面粗糙度达到Ra6.3～12.5μm、尺寸精度达到CT7～9级,材质满足法国PSA集团技术要求。模具已使用17万次后,表面状况良好,满足了神龙凸轮轴国产化大批量生产的要求。
Abstrct:It has been introduced that structural character,main parameters and design and manufacture of shell molding camshaft die.The surface finish quality of camshaft casting produced with such die reaches Ra6.3～12.5μm,the dimensional precision grade CT7～9.Material properties meet specification of PSA in France.The surface state is still fine, after the die has been used up to 170,000 turns,meeting die reqirement of the mass production of Fukang car camshaft.
