摘要
目的 :确定乌梅“炒炭存性”质控指标范围。方法 :利用炭吸附色素法进行吸附力测定。结果 :吸附力范围 5 .5 90～5 .6 1 0mg·g-1 。结论 :可作为乌梅炭的质控指标。
OBJECTIVE To determine the quality of Fructus Mume carbon. METHODS Using charcoal to absorb the pigment and to determine adsorbability. RESULTS Range of adsorptive capacity was 5.590～ 5.610 mg·g -1.CONCLUSION The method can be used for the control of the quality of the Fructus Mume carbon.
