生产节拍是生产加工物料系统中用于衡量生产率的指标,也是我们进行系统整体配置的依据,生产线中各设备速度的变化与配合实现了生产加工物流系统的生产节拍。本文主要就生产节拍在生产线设计中的应用,以及生产线中各设备速度的合理设计做了详尽的阐述,具有实用价值。
The productive tempo is a common index in measuring the production rate of a manufacturing system, it is a gist to scheme the system. The velocity of the equipment must be schemed to fulfil the line's productive tempo. The application of the productive tempo and how to configure the velocity of equipment are detailed in this paper.
