摘要
韶关发电厂10号机组锅炉是东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司引进美国福斯特·惠勒能源公司(FWEC)技术设计制造的300MWW形火焰锅炉,采用双旋风筒煤粉浓缩型燃烧器。论述了双旋风筒煤粉浓缩型燃烧器的结构和工作原理,通过现场的试验研究,掌握了该燃烧器主要调节手段———消旋叶片和乏气挡板的作用及调节特性,为燃用不同的煤种提供了挡板设置参考。
The 300 MW W-firing boiler for Unit 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant is made by Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd. based on the technology of FWEC, US, which adopts twin-cyclone enriched pulverized-coal burners. This paper describes the structure and working principles of the burners. By means of field tests and researches, the function and characteristics of the main control means of the burner, i.e. the anti-swirl blade and vent damper, are grasped, and damper setting for burning different kinds of coal presented for reference.
