摘要 根据酸化反应原理与渗流力学理论 ,研制了 1套酸化实时监测系统 (ARTM )。文章论述了该系统的硬件组成、软件功能和系统参数。该系统可利用现场监测到的井口施工压力和排量数据 ,计算施工过程中的动态表皮系数 ,实时监测与控制酸化施工质量 ,跟踪了解地层污染的解除情况 ,从而有效地评价现场酸化施工效果。 According to the fundamental of acid reaction with formation rock and the theory of fluid flow through porous media, an acidizing real-time monitoring system (ARTM) using monitoring the acidizing process was developed by us. With the use of ARTM, the evolving skin factor during a matrix acidization can be readily calculated from the measured surface pressure and injection rate. In this way, the quality of the stimulation treatment was monitored and controlled, the responses of the formation to stimulation were evaluated. The application of ARTM in the oilfield showed the ARTM can be efficiently evaluated the effect of the stimulation treatment.
