摘要
提出在普通锥体型旋风除尘器中 ,回转性灰环是造成锥体部位磨损的重要原因之一。通过对锥体内粉尘颗粒的受力分析 ,从理论上推导出了减低灰环磨损的锥体角度的表达式。通过对理论分析提出了旋风除尘器锥体设计中应注意的问题 。
This paper aims to study the influence of the conic angle on the abrasion caused by the ash ring in a cyclonic dust remover. It's assumed that the circum-gyrating ash ring is one of the chief causes leading to the abrasion on the cone wall in an ordinary cone-shape cyclonic dust collector. Analyzing the force applied on the dust particle, it is possible to obtain the functional force dependent on the cone angle on the basis of reasonable imagination: other effects on the particles being ignored, particles can be thought to be dispersing in different ways. If the velocity field of the airflow remains unchanged in the presence of the dust particles, such dust particles are global in form. On the condition that the effect of the turbulent flow and the Brown force can be ignored, the airflow tangential velocity will be equal to the dust velocity in the circumvolving airflow, which may account for the change of the two functions with the cone angle. It is necessary to point out that the gyroidal movement can only take place by reducing or avoiding the abrasion caused by the ash ring under the condition of the adaptable cone angle range. Since the empirical formulas are to be introduced into the functions and the cone angle expression is to be gained, the cone angle can only be represented by the working parameters of the regular working conditions of the cyclonic dust collector. And finally, the cone angle value is calculated in the given practical situation, which should comply with the empirical value range. The calculation results of the paper have thus shown the rationality of the theory and the practicality of the formulas, which can be taken as a theoretical reference to the cone angle in the design of the cone-type cyclonic dust-collector.
