摘要
用过硫酸钾作引发剂,在微乳液中进行了N-马来酰-L-丙氨酸(AMI)与苯乙烯(St)共聚合反应的研究,合成出了具有光学活性的共聚物。在低转化率下测定微乳液共聚合的单体转化率。采用元素分析方法对共聚合产物的组分进行分析,通过:Mayo-Lewis,Kelen-Tudos,Yezrielev-Brokhina-Roskin方法计算共聚合反应的竞聚率(r),并对3种计算结果进行了比较。得到AMI的竞聚率r1=0.050,St的竞聚率r2=0.113;并从得到的竞聚率可以推测出共聚物具有交替共聚的特征。
N-maleoyl-L -alanine (AMI) and styrene(St) copolymerized in oil-water microemulsion at 60 ℃ ,using potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as anionic emulsifier and pentanol as consurf actant. The obtained polymer was optically active. Mayo-Lewis equation, Kelen-Tudos and Yezrielev -Brokhina-Roskin methods were used for calculating monomer reactivity ratios. From relevant feed monomer composition and copolymer composition,monomer reactivity mole ratios r1 = 0.050(AMI) and r2 - 0.113(St) were obtained, from which Alfrey-Price Q,e values were determined as follows: r1 =0.050 and r2 = 0.113,Q1 = 1.43 and e1 = 1.48,respectively,inferring an alternate copolymerization reaction.
