摘要
研究连锁企业的二级库存系统优化问题。在综合考虑门店和配送中心的运输成本、门店和配送中心各自的库存持有成本以及订货成本的基础上,建立系统年总成本模型。以连锁门店和配送中心的服务水平为约束条件,建立以成本最小化为目标的系统库存策略规划模型,并给出求解方法,最后通过一个算例说明模型的有效性。
This paper discusses the optimization of two-level inventory system of chain retail enterprises. The total cost model of the system is given by considering transportation cost, holding costs and ordering cost. Further, this paper establishes optimal inventory strategy model with total cost as its objective function and service levels as its constraints. The optimal solution has been analyzed and an illustrative example has been given. The research will provide supports to inventory decision for the system.
