摘要
候选合作伙伴的核心竞争力的强弱,是决定其能否成为供应链成员最重要的因素之一。对供应链候选合作伙伴核心竞争力的评价,是一个典型的多指标、多层次综合评价问题。在制定指标筛选相关准则的基础上,建立了合作伙伴核心竞争力综合评价指标体系。提出避免信息失真实用方法,以及融合主观评价的主成分分析指标权重确定方法,应用模糊决策理论建立了供应链合作伙伴选择的模糊多目标、多层次综合评价模型,并进行了实证研究。
The core competence of copartners is the key factor to decide whether they can join the supply chain. And the integrative evaluation for the copartners' core competence is the typical multi-target and multi-hiberarchy problem. Some related rules are established to filter the index, and then the index system of the core competence of copartners is constructed. The practical method to avoid data distortion and the principal component analysis method including subjective evaluation to make index-weights are brought out.Moreover, the multi-index and multi-hiberarchy integrative evaluation model of selecting the supply chain partner by using the fuzzy decision-making theory is set up and demonstrated.
